July 15, 2010 Dear Investor or Interested Party, As you know from prior newsletters, the auction held earlier in the year was successful in monetizing virtually all of the holdings of the bankruptcy estate. Currently, only 2 assets remain, the Hidden Hills Equestrian Center and the office headquarters building/property. While we have some leads and continue to work to monetize these remaining assets, it does not make sense to keep the office facility open. The economics and overhead no longer make it a wise decision. Therefore, the main purpose of this letter is to inform you effective August 31, 2010, the office at 820 43rd Street W., Bradenton, Florida will be closing.
